Participants can enjoy stays at our beautiful STR property in Picton, where they are supported to build confidence, develop life skills, foster social connections, and engage in meaningful experiences. Whether it's trying new activities, developing greater independence, or simply enjoying a change of scenery, we focus on creating positive and enriching experiences tailored to each individual's needs and goals.
Community
Access & Participation
Meaningful community participation looks different for everyone. We support participants to build confidence, develop skills, and stay connected to the people, places, and activities that matter most to them.

Home
Modifications
A safe, accessible, and functional home environment can play an important role in supporting independence and everyday living. We assist participants to access and implement eligible NDIS-funded home modifications that help reduce barriers and improve their ability to move around and use their home safely and effectively.
Our team works collaboratively with participants, families, occupational therapists, builders, and other relevant professionals to support the home modification process. We focus on ensuring modifications are tailored to individual needs, enhance accessibility, and support participants to achieve their goals and maintain greater independence at home.
Lawn & Garden
Maintenance
Our lawn and garden maintenance services help ensure outdoor spaces remain safe, accessible, and well maintained, supporting participants to enjoy and access their home environment.
Services may include:
- Lawn mowing
- Weeding
- Garden maintenance
- General yard upkeep
We work with participants to ensure outdoor areas are maintained in a way that supports safety, accessibility, and everyday living, helping to create a home environment that is both functional and enjoyable.
